Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Have you ever wondered how to make the perfect scrambled eggs? Well, your prayers have be answered! Read on to find out more! Credit to my grandpa for this amazing recipe.

Ingredients

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon water

2 teaspoons of oil (olive, canola, or any oil you prefer) salt, to taste

Steps:

1. Whisk up your eggs, salt, and water

Heat up a pan on high heat until very hot.

2. Pour the oil into the pan and let it heat up for 30 seconds.

3. Turn heat down to low and add eggs.

4. Stir Eggs around with rubber spatula for 30 seconds, making figure eight shapes.

5. Leave eggs a little runny, the residual heat will cook the rest.

6. Garnish, and serve.
